Q.         Where do I start?

You can choose to purchase as a guest but registering as a customer at offers you better and safer benefits. You may click the “Create Account” button and register as a new customer. If you are new to online shopping, read through our Shopping Guide for Beginners page for step-by-step instructions.


Q.        What is the benefit of opening an account?

Opening an account offers you a safe and convenient way to shop, track your shipments and receive email about your order.


Q.         Can I order through telephone or fax?

No, we only accept orders made through


Q.          How do purchase my order on the site?

1.     Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase (Search for specific item by entering the product code such as 8982 in the search box).

2.     Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.

3.     You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.

4.     You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.

5.     From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.

6.     Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.

7.     After the steps before this have been done, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.

8.     Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

9.     Payment instruction will be given on the next page after order confirmation

Q.         What are the payment methods available?

Q.        How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log-in your account  →  Click on “Account Maintenance”  → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

Q.        I forgot my password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?


1.      Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

2.      Click Submit.

3.      A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.


Q.        How soon should I make payment?

Please make payment as soon as invoice is received. Any non payment within 48 hours will have the order cancelled and any existing membership level will be downgraded 


Q.        Can I amend or cancel my orders?

It may not always be possible to stop an order before being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. Order amendments are only possible if the order has yet to be packed. However, you may not cancel your orders.

Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancelling. 

Q.        What is the product's transaction currency?

            All transactions will be done in Malaysian Ringgit/Ringgit Malaysia (MYR/RM).


Q.        How long does the delivery usually takes?

Delivery via Pos Laju usually will take about 2 to 3 busines days. For other   method please email us at  sales[a]


Q.        Can I find all ZIERCON products on this site? 

This site features some of Ziercon products as a way of demonstrating the breadth and depth of our product range; however, this is only a small portion of I Ziercon complete product range. Each store carries a much larger selection. Be sure to visit your local Ziercon stores/branches for a look at our full selection.


 Q.       The item I want is out of stock. What shall I do now?

Although we try to maintain a stock level that matches expected demand, highly popular items will run out of stock very quickly. Our focus is on keeping up with latest product and the items that we stock are only available while stocks last.

 Q.       What happens if Ziercon got my order wrong?

If you received the wrong item or if an item is missing from your order, please do not hesitate to send an email to sales[a] and we will sort it out for you immediately.


Q.        I'm having problems ordering through your website. What can I do?

Our website is best viewed with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox & Google Chrome. Please ensure that the browser you are using is up to date. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact Customer Service.


Q.        What if my item is faulty?

Quality Control tries to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, you may send it back to us 7 days upon receiving the item(s), and we will send you a replacement item. In case we are out of stock, Customer Service will contact you.


Q.        My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

Please allow at least 1 - 3 business days for your order to arrive depending on the products you have purchased and the estimated delivery times stated on the product pages. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.


Q.       Can i use Ziercon membership card online?

At the moment the card is only honoured at Ziercon Gallery/branches only.


 Q.       What happens if my payment does not go through?

If for any reason your payment transaction fails, you will be led to page that informs you of a payment error. Unfortunately, as part of our system's security feature, your shopping bag will be cleared. Hence, to avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that all payment details are correct prior to submission.


Q.        I still have doubts/ not clear about something!
